High School Romance: Freshman Friendship
Chapter Two:
He finally reached her desk and stopped in his tracks when he saw her look up. She was even more beautiful up close.
She stared at the boy standing in front of her and began blushing hard. why was he standing in front of her, and why was he looking at her like that? she wondered.
He put the folder down on the desk in front of her and managed to choke out a few words. "Mr. Headly asked me to help you put a folder to-to-together."he choked on his last word as she smiled at him again.
"Ok" she said blushing. She looked up into his gorgeous charcoal eyes. she had never seen eyes of that color before, and they stopped her mind completely. She sat there, trying to think of something smart to say, but all that came out was, "what do i do with this?" And she picked up her notebook and held it out to him. Then she realized she had picked up the wrong item, and set it down and picked up the paper he had brought her with the folder. feeling stupid, she sat there and tried to figure out why she was acting so dumb.
He giggled at her. He thought her confusion was cute, and it made him want her even more. He knew he needed to make a move before someone else did, so he told her, "Hey, if you never need anything, like a ride or anything, just feel free to ask.
She stared at him for a moment and then managed to stammer, "Uh...Ok."
